Multiple CRC errors

When I check my LAN performance I notice that there are many CRC errors from my Mycloud NAS. How do I fix this?

As a troubleshooting step, try replacing the network cable(s) between the My Cloud and the router, and the computer and the router (if the computer is using Ethernet).

And if the My Cloud is connected using a power line adapter (or similar method) to the router, or by using a Access Point or switch, try connecting the My Cloud directly to the router to see if the issue continues.
