Multiple copies are showing up in shared location MyBookLive in iTunes: using Windows 8

Hi,

I have MBL 2 Tb Network Storage. I am using Smartware to back up etc.

MyBookLive was not showing up in my Shared Location but now it does but has now 8 copies of each song.

iTunes “find duplicates” etc is grayed out.

Does anyone know where these files are really in MBL and how can I get rid of these duplicates?

Are you able to play any of the 8 copies?

You can try to do a search for the file that is duplicated on the My Book Live and it should show you the location for each one of the files. if it shows only one file, the issue might be related to Itunes.
