In my office we have bought a WD PR4100 device (8TB), I have made some shares and users in our device. I have to know, is it possible to access share by using same user ID from different PC in same time? Is there any limitations in number of users?
We are accessing the WD device using static IP.

You can create Up to 800 total AD user accounts and Up to 200 total AD groups on the My Cloud and access it at the same time using same user on a different computer, However the performance of the drive may be degraded due to multiple host devices accessing the drive as the same time. Static IP works fine.
