As long as all of the other VOB and IFO files are present, it will play… That specific file is just one part of a DVD structure.

I have two .ifo files , two .bup files and five .vob files in the folder.

Thanks

Thanks

Thats a standard DVD structure.

VIDEO_TS.BUP

VIDEO_TS.IFO

VTS_01_0.BUP

VTS_01_0.IFO

VTS_01_1.VOB

etc…

Wonder why it doesn’t play then…it plays fine on my PC.

Is that the only DVD you’re having problems with?

yeah…so far, but I’m new to all of this and I just got my player 2 wks ago. I’ve checked it with 5 or 6 movies and it worked fine. I do have some FLAC files that won’t play and they do play on my PC, but that’s a different problem I have already posted about earlier.
