Hi

When playing mp4 films after a few minutes I loose the video, the audio continues to play.

Video just sticks on one frame.

I have had 2 films do that now.

However in preview mode the video plays ok

Avi etc no problems with.

Any ideas (I have latest firmware)

Hi dude!!

Are you able to provide more details about the MP4 file, like the encoding, resolution, framerate, etc.?

They will come in handy to narrow down the possibilities!

Here is the file info on one of the problem films (seems all MP4’s are causing problems for me)

I have logged with tech support and they say they should play with the format information (below) I have provided but they dont.
