Downloaded movie from iTunes then copied on to MyBookworld NAS.
WD TV Live Hub can see the file (MP4) and shows artwork but “Unable to play the selected file.Please see the User Manual for a list of supported file formats.” appears.
Any help?
Does the file have DRM? Most likely from iTunes.
If it does have DRM then you cannot play it.
Hi sorry bit of a novice! How can I tell ? Had a quick look in Properties but couldn’t see anything.

In windows properties if its DRM then there is a tab at the top which says License - in that box it will say protected content.
You could also use mediainfo (freeware) to check the file.
