Moving from 1TB to 2TB drives

Hi guys,

I am currently running four 1TB drives in RAID 10 and I want to move to running 4 2TB drives in RAID 10.

What is the best way to move to the larger drives?

I assume replacing one drive at a time and letting the RAID rebuild each time would result in a RAID volume the same size as it is now?

Any help would be apreciated

Hello,

There’s no standard procedure to replace the units inside just make sure that you are buying supported drives. 

You can do that one at the time or all at the same time.
