Just purchased a new Toshiba, backuped my files to exernal hard drive and can’t figure out how to load onto the new laptop. Anyone out there that can help? Jenknee
Did you back them up with Smartware or something else? Unless you did a manual copy you’ll probably have to reinstall your backup software on new laptop.

Thanks for you reply. Since I don’t know what Smartware is I’m guessing that I used something else? My main concern is my mileage on my excel spreadsheets and my accounts for quickbooks. In case you can’t tell I’m a newbie at this stuff and do appreciate any and all help that I can get. Thanks
