Hi. Before i moved i used the shut down button in the UI. But now when its unpacked and connected again all i get is a steady green light and i cant find it anywhere. It doesnt access it when i type in \(name) or anything. What should i do? Can i somehow see the IP number of the device? Not even WD Link can find it…
Hello, first try connecting the MBL directly to the computer and check if you can find it with WD Link. Also check the workgroup name for the PC and the MBL are he same.
