Moved from Windows to Mac can't see info on WD

Hi I moved from Windows to Mac and now I cannot see my files on the WD. I can see the WD on the Mac but not the content. I was told to download Paragon NTFS however I still cannot see the images stored on the external WD. Please help thanks

Hello, are you connecting the drive directly to the computer or are you using it wireless? Are you able to test the drive on a Windows Computer?
