The PC I originally had my my Book 2.0 attached to has died.
How do I move the book to another PC/Laptop and recreate the folder structure with the most current files in the new location?
What OS was the old PC and new one? How did you copy the data manually or with Smartware? If you used Smartware or other backup software you’ll probably have to install on the new PC. Then you will have to follow their procedure to restore.

I have a My Book Essential 2.0.
Windows 7 is the orginal PC
PC I’m moving to is XP Professional SP3
I set up the Book based upon the instruction of the software. I seem to have 5 versions of backup going at one time.
