So I’ve switched to macOS and it can successfully see it on my Home Network. I am not able to save anything to the drive that I try and download. It says that I don’t have enough permission to /Volume
Anyone out there with a Mac that can assist?
How exactly you are trying to transfer the data on the drive?
¬Are you using the local network connection to transfer the data on the My Cloud?
¬Are you using Mycloud.com to transfer the data on My cloud.
Try to check that the My cloud is connected as an admin on your Mac locally.
