Ever since I got the mybook a year ago I have not been able to get mountain lion to index the drives. At that time I was told by apple support that this was a known issue, this was over a year ago. I was hoping by now someone has come up with a solution to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hi, you mean not indexing the files saved on your My Book Live? I’m not really familiar with Mac’s but maybe some of the other users can give you a hand. You could also try the Apple support forums.
