A friend setup a mycloud server to share files, size from a few MB to a few GB. When I download the files, sometimes download fail after a while (maybe 10 to 20 minutes), and then I have to start over. Now I have to download a few small files at a time. Also the server logs me out after a while.
Is there a way to sync files so that I don’t have to keep logging in, and don’t have to restart a download if it fails? I want to sync a few specific folders, and once I have the files on my local drive I want to turn off syncing – I want to make changes without affecting the files on the server.
I see several WD utilties, discovery, sync, etc. Which one do I need?
