Modifying media file tags/attributes/properties

Can anyone point towards a way of modifying the file attributes or properties so that Twonky 7 can organize my media according to it’s advanced organizational scheme. When I right click on properties and click details on any file from my PC on the share only a few properties appear and are not modifiable. Can this be done via ssh or possibly an easier way?

The attributes are in ID3 tags embedded within the files.

Use an ID3 tag editor such as MP3 tag, or whatever is compatible with the filetype you’re using.
