recently i installed a WD icloud EX2 Ultra in office, i try through internet to log in WD icloud and double click some file in office, it shows always download no directly open like files server, we bought i cloud in order to connect icloud like working in office in home or other place, now it seem doesn’t work, did i missing install something extra WD program??

Are you referring iCloud as a My Cloud device?
You need to create your MyCloud.com and enable Cloud Access from the dashboard of your My Cloud EX2 Ultra to get access to login on your My Cloud remotely or from other network. You can follow the steps below to get Cloud Access on remote network. After Remote Access, you will be able to access My Cloud data after signing on MyCloud.com from any web browser.
