I have an old WD external drive model WD3200B011-RNN that won’t power up. Before it went completely dead, the on-off light would light up but flicker and the drive wouldn’t shop up in my control panel. The power adapter appears to have power but the drive won’t power up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried using another cable to connect it? You can also contact tech support directly to see if you can get a replacement power adapter.
