Mobile access

Hallo to all,

I’ve bought the MBL with 3 TB. Everything is working fine so far. The only problem is, that it is completely impossible to get an mobile access to it. I even got no Access code using the UI. If I ask for a code it takes a while and then I get an error message that it is not possible to create a code.

I know, that some users got this issue and some dont. Possibly someone is able to give me a hint, what to try. Thanks

you must open your ports in your modem

It was almost the solution. I changed the ports manually either in the box and at the router than in works.
