MLB not working regularly

I’ve got the WD TV Live and it seems that the MLB service is not working on a regular basis.  I try and reboot the device but even that doesn’t work sometimes.  From the MLB home page I click on the game I wish to watch and then select if I want the home or away broadcast.  I get a blue circle arrow and it acts like I never hit “ok.” I hit “ok” repeatedly and the only thing that happens is the blue circle arrow shows up for a second or two and then goes away.

I noticed the TV Live is now listed as a “legacy product.” Is there going to be a time when there will not be any support or updates for this device?

Have you tried reseting the device to see if this helps you out? Just to clariff, what version of the media player do you have ?
