Ok. i will ask again…  What happens?

when I press play the litlle timer/buffer circle just keeps going and if I attempt to play any other videos afterward they don’t play either, I have to restart the device.

Where did this file come from?  Did YOU create it, or did it come from “somewhere else”?

Bottom line: if you didn’t create it, and with a properly working, well known program, you may be right – no one can help you.
