MKV Video playback problems

I downloaded a some mkv files which contained video and during playback of one of the files it stopped and skipped to the next file. I’ve included the details of the mkv files, resolution etc.

FILE SIZE - 1.37GB AVERAGE

SOURCE - BAND OF BROTHERS BLU RAY 1080P X264.DTS-WIKI

RESOLUTION - 1280X720

FRAME RATE - 23.976 FPS

ASPECT RATIO - 16/9

VIDEO C/B - X264 @ 2701 KBPS

AUDIO C/B - AC3 6CH @ 384 KBPS

LANGUAGE - ENGLISH

SUBTITLES - ENGLISH

CONTAINER - MKV

AND OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE DOWNLOADED THESE FILES REPORTED THAT THE FILE THEMSELVES ARE WORKING FINE ON THEIR SYSTEMS.

I would contact support.  If others are saying that it works and you are having issues, it may be the player.  Also there is a bunch of information about the media file that you did not provide.  There may be something that is unsupported about your file.  Anyways, here is a link to their support sit
