MKV Stuttering

Hi

I’ve had my WD TV Live Hub for nine months and have started experiencing stuttering issues (sound drops, frames dropped) when playing any of my MKV files from my WD Mybook NAS, which is connected  via Livewire. As from the info below, the file is nothing big. The unit is fine playing big BDs file from the internal memory, its just ones one the NAS that seem to be affected.

I’m up to date on the firmware

Did the same .mkv file used to play fine before?

Hi Alucard

Yes it did. Its not just this file that was affected but all MKV’s - this was just one example.

Gary

Sounds like network speed problems.
