so i bought my wd live streaming 2 weeks ago and every thing went fine the only problem is that some mkv files work just fine many mkv files are not working at all.when trying to play them it tells me that it is not a supported format and i should revise the supported formats at guide .i have upgraded to the last firmwire and the problem persist .
