MKV files not playing

I recently boughte the newest “n” certified player (comes in a red box) but I noticed a lot of my files are not playing. I mostly watch anime that is encoded the same way so I assume the player doesn’t play 10-bit h.264 files or a lot of other combinations of mkv while others play just fine.

Any help would be appreciated

I normally use kmplayer when I watch it on the pc so I’m posting a filtergraph for one of the files. It is 10 bit h.264. I checked an 8-bit mkv and it worked fine but everything i have is encoded in 10-bit…

You should have posted this in the forum so we could have told you that is not even a compliant encode.

Its High@L5.1.    The Sigma chipsets only support 4.1.

dimasok, as explained by  TonyPh12345, there is a configuration profile for compatibility. For more information please refer to your User Manual.
