MKV file won't play

Hi

I have an mkv file that won’t play (“unsupported format” message, right after player screen appears). Latest firmware (I think it worked before). Remuxed, but it would not help. Works OK on a commputer. Any ideas, how to make it play?

… that’s not supported.   You’ll need to re-encode to a supported format.  (Not just re-mux — re-encoding is required.)
