Missing Video Files?

I have sync’d a large number of video files from an external WD HD onto the internal WD Hub HD.

The files are physically on the Hub.   I can see them and play them via the File Menu.

The Video Menu shows 900 plus files, but when I select Video - Internal Storeage, it says there are no files present.

I have unplugged and rebootted, and also deleted and rebuilt the Libarary without any luck???

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
