Missing subtitles in DVD iso movies

I have several of my dvd movies that I have moved to .iso files.

But WD TV Live doesn’t show any subtitles for several of them. They are working just fine in Windows Media Player, XBMC and Boxee.

Weird, cause subs from ISOs work for me (not entirely of course, preferred streams are ignored).
