Missing rsysconf.conf line

I’m trying to figure out how to contact the developers.

The /etc/rsyslog.conf file is missing the following line

$IncludeConfig /etc/rsyslog.d/*.conf

Without it /etc/rsyslog.d/wddispatcher.conf will never log anything.
