Missing photos through web access on WD2Go

Hello guys,

I have a question. When I access my cloud through the WD2go, (Web), it shows me all my folders with photos, but when I enter them they are incomplete. It shows me a bunch of photos, but the major part are missing. For example a folder with about 120 photos is shown only with 30 of them, and that’s it. It happens with all the folders in My CLoud. I tried to refresh, reenter and everything else possible, with no effect. Anyone? Any idea?

Try rebuilding the media database from the dashboard.

Done, still the same…The interesting part is that when I press on a grid view there are more photos there. But still much less than all of them! :smile:
