I have a “My Passaport Ultra” external disc, 2T about 2 weeks old, one folder with music, about 1 T,and now I can not find the folder…How do I look for the folder?
please, help.

What OS are you using and is the drive space used? You can try checking show Hidden Files. You can also try deleting the Passpord driver, disconnect and reboot system then reconnect the drive.
