I use Mycloud 2TB with iMAC and iPhone.
sometime I moved files to other directory by iPhone app, I couldn’t see some or all files access via Finder.
Only I can see all files with SSH and iPhone App.
Also I changed that files’ permission and owner, but I can’t solve problem.
please help me

Have you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try that using the reset button on the back of the unit. Press and hold for four seconds to reset the unit.
I did. 4 seconds reset, reboot and everything i can do. Not solved
Move all files the other directory but Not solved.
Mac Finder initializing, but Not solved.
