Missing files on my WD with Big Sur

I have successfully made a Backup of my current Music Library on my ZEN Mk.2 to a WD My Passport ultra. Then I opened the same WD My Passport ultra on a Mac computer (MacOS 11 Big Sur) and can only find A to e Album folders on the disk. But opening the same disk on another Mac with Catalina shows all folders are there and I can get access to them normally. I have the same problem with my My Passport Ultra - Metal Edition
