The two latest firmware releases have given me problems with the movie artwork files. The thumbnails no longer show when I have tried either upgrade. I don’t know if the new firmware versions are going to require me to redo the entire library. I tried erasing the library and that did not work. What should I do to make the thumbnails show up on the player?
I have about 200 kids movies on the player and it makes it much easier to find the correct movie using the thumbnails.
I have to do a factory reset, after updating the firmware, in order to have my thumbnails back. Have you tried to do a factory default reset?
