MioNet - Issues connecting

For about a week I’ve been unable to connect to MioNet.  I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the 64 bit software (windows 7) but kept getting the message"check your internet connection".  I’ve checked all the windows firewall setting and these are all good.  Last thing I tried was the mionet clean up (which removes all MioNet software from your machine).  Now when I go onto the software download the MioNet returns a webpage that can not be opened.

I’m using a My Book World Edition (blue rings).

Help - I really want to get to my music?
