Hi,

Memeo backup laucnher isn’t compatible with Windows 8 x64, one should ahve to launch it manually, hope we’ll get a fix soon !

That’s an old software and Windows 8 just came out. You will need to wait until MEMEO release a new version or an update to the one that you have.
