Is it possible to get hold of the source for /bin/MediaLogic on a Gen 1 wdtv?
In case someone want to know why I ask…
In the current firmware (1.03.01) there’s a nice string at offset 0x00242faf in /bin/MediaLogic
“Please report the aspect value (%i) along with the movie type (VGA,PAL,NTSC,SECAM) and the movie resolution (720x576,352x240,480x480,…) to the MPlayer developers, so that we can add support for it!”
If it’s not based on mplayer, it would be nice if someone would tell what the connection with mplayer is…
