I’ve had a live tv hub for a while now, but just recently have purchased a smart tv and smart DVD for a different room. Seeing as all 3 devices state they are DLNA certified, I thought I should be able to pick up and stream the movies off my Hub on one of the new devices (TV or DVD). Surprisingly though, the devices both see a network drive and computer and can stream from them, but neither can see the hub. Any ideas what I may have missed? I feel this is something with the hub since neither the TV or DVD sees the Hub.
Check if your smart devices and hub have the same workgroup and check if your hub’s DLNA Media Server is turned on.
