My WD TV Live Media Player has just stopped booting up for no apparent reason, when i power it up it shows the WD logo on screen at the start then the screen goes black and nothing else happens, the lights are still on the unit but no display. i have done a reset of the unit and it is still the same, can anyone help?
Try plugging it in via the COMPOSITE video connectors.
Chances are, there may be something wrong with the HDMI settings. If there is, you can fix it from there, then switch back to HDMI.
If it’s still hanging up, it’s time to call WD Tech support.
