I bought a refurbished media player from best buy WDAVNOOBN didn,t get a manual serial #WNT291108374 is this and older model where can i doenload a manual i don,t see a match in the ones wd shows.  thanks

Thats a Gen 1 WDTV HD. Those are ZEROS in the part number, not OHs.
