I need some help connecting my media player to my receiver. I tried the optical cable but it sucked, the center channel wasn’t even working. Right now I have the left and right audio plugged into the receiver through the video aux. I don’t have a HDTV so is there any other way I can connect my media player to my receiver Thanks
Before you declare that the Center Channel wasn’t working, are you sure you tried media that included a center channel? Like a DTS or DD5.1 track?
If you don’t have HDMI input on the receiver, then your only choices are the Digital Optical and the LEFT/RIGHT analog…
