My WD TV hasn’t been loading my media properly. When attempting to select a folder there is significant lag ~ 10-15 seconds. Then when attempting to load a movie, the orange loading icon will appear, followed by the title of the movie and duration bar, however instead of just loading like normally, it goes back to the orange loading icon. That persists for a some time and then when it eventually plays the movie, it’s unwatchable as it is extremely choppy. I’ve had the player for a few months now and I’ve never encountered this problem before. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
