For a few weeks, I’ve not been able to progress past the Dashboard login page. I’ve previously not had any issues.
- using a browser (Windows or IOS Safari that both previously worked) and connecting using either the IP address or in windows http://wdmycloud/ or IOS with http://wdmycloud.local/ brings up the MyCloud Dashboard login screen OK.
- If I enter my correct username and password, clicking the login button, nothing happens
- If I delibrately enter an incorrect username or password, an error message is returned stating that correct username or password has been used indicating that the MCM does recognise the correct password
- There is no issue using the IOS mycloud app nor windows networking to read/write the MCM
- I believe the MCM has the latest firmware, however, unable to verify due to inability to progress pass the Dashboard login screen
Any assistance would be appreciated
