I’ve installed the discovery software in one computer with no issues.
But I have another one that refuses to install it throwing an error when executing the exe file, either in normal way and as an administrator.
In case I can’t install it, can I connect to the MCH without it?, Can I map it as a unit directly?.
How?.

the only way to mount the private user space as a drive is installing WD discovery.
What error are you getting? What are the computer and OS specs? screen shots would be helpful.
