My MBL 2TB was working fine and then it stopped. It looks like the HD may have failed. It’s only 3 months old. It won’t connect like normal. However it has a green light and i can connect to the UI. Even passes the short test. However it lists the drive as 0.0gb/0.0tb. The error report is:
Event title:Data volume failed to mount
Event description:The data volume on the drive is not accessible. Please contact customer service.
I also get the :"
The network link is down or has become intermittent. Please check your network connection."
Anyone experienced this? Customer support won’t reply to my emails.
Has the drive broke? Can i fix it?
