MBL with firmware 4.0: dual processor or not

I remember seeing two processors using ‘top’ (SSH), but now I don’t see them anymore since the recent firmware change to 4.0

Does anyone else remember seeing the two processors, other than in the specs?

I always wondered why the MBL has 2 processors at this price level. Maybe it wasn’t a real dual core chip and it was done only in software?
