Mbl not letting my access any files

im working away from home for a month, i have taken my mbl and my wd tv live.

i have linked both units up to watch a film and the wd tv live can see the mbl but the message on screen says files cannot be accessed.

they both worked at home fine?

the mbl was shut down as it should be, have reset the wd tv live but it has made no diffrence.

can anyone help.
