I successfully updated the firmware and then had a message that stated “device is rebooting…do not unplug the device or close the window…” That was two hours ago and it sill shows that it is rebooting! What next?
Just wait until the LED is either blue or green.
my first firmware update, maybe even my second, that screen stayed like that for a few hours. I finally pulled the plug, waited, and repowered it up and it was fine. THe auto-restart doesn’t always work. Just wait as long as you can before waving the white flag and pulling the plug.
