MBL Duo FTP Access

I’ve done creating user and activate FTP in MBL Duo and also port 21 is forwarded to MBL Duo.
Then how can I get accessed to it from outside network? Is it typing ftp://mybookliveIP ? It only works when using same internet, how about from outside network? Does anyone can help me haha thanks.
