MBL Doesn't Show As A Storage Device

I see the MBL under Networking but is it not a storage device to which I can add Folders?

When I select the device under Networking I see the Public, Smartware, TimeMachine and TimeMachine Backup folders but I can’t add folders and use the MBL to copy files from my PC to it.

That’s done via the UI, not via windows file manager…
