MBL 3TB Not Accessible When Connected Directly to Router

I have a Netgear WNDR 3700v2 with two Linksys DAP-1522’s acting as bridges.  When I plug my MBL 3TB into either of the Linksys boxes all devices on my network can see and access the MBL.  If I plug the MBL directly into the WNDR 3700 no devices on my network can even see the NAS.  All IP addresses of all devices are in the 10.0.0.x range with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.  This is very odd to me.  Any cunning and brilliant suggestions would be appreciated.

First things first, when you connect the MBL to the WNDR, is the MBL on the IP address/MAC address client table when you go to your router’s configuration page?
